List the items, codes and prices on paper and send to our mailing address. A check or money order or credit card number must be included with all mail orders. All checks must be payable in U.S. funds and drawn from a U.S. bank. Please provide a credit card number for international orders, as shipping charges cannot be determined prior to ordering.
